Bear in mind that some people prefer to live a simple life, i used to be like that but not anymore!
Now, i want to experience many new things that has been calling on me for years, nothing overboard ofcourse but it’s not regular either.
Nothing is more exciting than living the life of your dreams and being able to afford holidays and all that. I mean we deserve. Life is not easy and with all these bad news flying around, we need a break.
We all find our lives becoming a little dull sometimes, the days become can become mundane and we seek something more interesting. Nobody hopes to look back on their lives and reminisce fondly about how boring it was.
Variety is more than just the spice of life; it expands our experience and makes our lives more fulfilling.
Play your favorite play list every morning and night
The moment i wake up, i go for good music and sing my heart out. It keeps me happy and in high spirits everyday. I get ready for work or any other activity i have while listening to soul lifting songs.
Make a little change here and there
Give yourself some extra time to take the scenic route to work. Try side streets instead of the freeway. Make a conscious effort to change your routine travels once-in-a-while and discover new places and new people.
Try making a new meal
I guess it’s time to start trying out those food pictures that you’ve been saving. Try baking and inviting friends over for the weekend. What makes such hangouts fun is that everyone will be required to come in with something. If i am doing barbecue and salad, the someone will come in with grill goat meat, another with drinks, another with drinks, another with small chops.
There will be music and lots of varieties, make your weekends interesting, just use this opportunity to make new meals and share with loved ones.
Revisit Your Childhood Dreams
What do you want to do when you grow up? Try to recall how you answered that question as a child. Did you want to be a nurse, an artist, or used car salesperson? If you’re not already living that five-year-old’s dream, take some time to read about the career you would have picked for yourself.
Sometimes, the only way to move forward is to revisit the past and fix things.
